soy, gluten and dairy free shake that tastes good?

I've used Lifetime basic, but I really don't like the taste. The vanilla is OK, but only with a banana in it. The chocolate is horrid and so is the green and I can't seem to find another that has good reviews that doesn't have any of my allergens or intolerances in it. I'd appreciate suggestions.

Thanks! :)

Any particular reason that you need to drink a protein shake? Are you becoming a body builder?

I have CanPrev protein + berries. It's made in canada, not sure where its available. I bought it from well.ca

It's not that great tasting on its own, but drinkable if blended with yogurt, a banana, peanut butter, etc.

for the record, im not a bodybuilder either, but need to grow some muscle and get more protein in my diet, since I don't eat a lot of meat or dairy or soy.

I'm not trying to become a body builder, I just don't always eat enough protein. I can't eat late at night because I have GERD and that means that I sometimes need something in a hurry. Shakes work well for that. I'll look into the CanPrev. Thanks for that thought. You sound like me. :)
