I know the feeling, I had to lose weight to get into the obese category. This, after spending most of my life as a physically fit person. I'm back on track now, moving into the "normal" category, though my BMI is still classified as overweight. Working on that now. I'm sending along a FR, in case you are looking for MFP friends. I hear you... It was a real wake up call when I first over heard a doctor, when describing me, as an obese middle age woman... I knew I was over weight but that word struck home big time... From one obese woman on a new path to another good luck on the road to being NOT obese!!!0
