I am down 17 lbs with 20 more to go...doing it the very old fashioned way of counting calories each and every day. I am hoping this site will help me continue on.

    That's the old fashioned and in my opinion the only right way to do it. I'm down 68 lbs since mid-Jan doing the same. Eating less and better and moving MUCH MORE. Keep at it!
