    I joined MFP last year and lost all the weight I wanted too, then stopped sing it and it's gradually all gone back on again! That'll teach me lol

    been using myfitnesspal for a couple months now and its helped me keep track. have slacked the last week so trying to get back on track. finally at a weight I haven't been at in 3 years. still got a ways to go to get to my prepregnancy weight.

    I just left my 20s. I just turned 30 last week! I'm actually healthier now than when I was in my 20s! :)
