Yeah, the person who posted that is pear shaped also. She wasn't saying pear shaped was bad. Pear shaped is a very beautiful, lovely shape. It's too bad when people don't realize that pear shaped is not an insult. It is often considered a compliment. J.lo and Beyonce are pear shaped.0 -

My shoulders stayed the same. They were 42" before - they are 42.5" now.
These are the programs I have followed, in this order:
1. NROL4W
2. NROL4Abs
3. NROL4Life (stage 1 only)
4. Venus Index - Phase 1, Phase 2 and now circuits
I lift heavy weights 3 x per week (for approx 65 - 75minutes each time) and I do 1 x per week cardio (approx 75 minutes).
