I sent you a group invite. I post daily within the group and post specific topics about nutrition, dealing with temptations, handling weekends, friends, family, etc.
Remember, this is an accountability group so everyone is expected to post their daily workout. I call it Step 1 because this is simply what it is, the first step 1 in improving and progressing. This is a judgement free challenge group so stumbling and slipping will not be frowned upon. I am here to help in any way that I can.0 -

am in, can i have a request please.
Also, i do about 4 different things for my workouts (kettlebell, fitness blender cardio workout, cross trainer and aqua airobics) do i have to limit what im doing or am i ok mixing an matching?
