    Honestly... I could care less either way...

    but in my opinion, it should be under because if its over then the rough side is facing up, and that's just no bueno!

    Me and the ex had many arguments about this. He is an over guy too, but I'm like, this issue matters so insignificantly to the entirety of my day I really don't understand why it needs to be discussed.

    Either way, you should just break up!

    This is one of the things my wife and I discussed before we got married. It ranked right up there with squeezing the toothpaste tube from the end or the middle.
    I can't believe this wasn't settled before hand. Maybe it's time to have a serious heart to heart with your husband and let him know how you feel about this.

    Ohmigosh, I just don't know what to do! My husband makes me so mad! Everyone knows the toilet paper is supposed to be installed with the sheets hanging OVER, but he keeps installing it with the sheets hanging UNDER!

    I bet he doesn't fold the end either. What an inconsiderate jerk.
