So i wanted to make a box of organic Dr. Oetker cake mix for my birthday. The serving size is 1/12 of a package, which is 150 calories. Is this calorie count just for the dry cake mix of does this include the calories coming from oil and eggs? Anybody have a clue?!

It's just the dry cake mix.0

Look at the top of the columns to see if the nutrition facts are listed "As Packaged" or "As Prepared." If they're listed as prepared, then they include the oil and eggs. If there's only one set of nutrition info listed, then it's probably for the mix as packaged and you'll need to add the cals from the oil and eggs.0

If it says:
Mix - then it's for the mix.
As Prepared - then it's the whole thing, all ingredients.
If it shows neither, look at the calorie count and make your best honest assumption. You can easily take the weight of the package, and get an idea of how much calories to expect by that volume for just flour and sugar.0
