I really like zuchinni noodles. You just get a julienne peeler to make them. You can add some chicken and marinara sauce. I put them in a frying pan with some olive oil and garlic and cook them until they are soft. Add chicken or shrimp or whatever.
I have also put ground turkey in a frying pan with some black beans and a can of tomatoes along with some green pepper and onion. Tastes sort of like a stuffed green pepper. I'll add cheese sometimes too to make it even better0 -
Any time someone asks, I HAVE to give this one out:

It's a recipe for the stuffed chicken and garlic pizza from papa murphy's. Just make the insides and put them in a lasagna dish to bake. It is probably one of the BEST things I've ever eaten. Just be careful if you're watching calories too0 -
Are you looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner recipes?0

I just come up with a dish and google it with "low carb" added to the search
I've recently made some low carb chili (OMG so good!), now I made this: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/white_castle_hamburger_pie.html
Also as mentioned above zucchini noodles are heaven! You can really just use a carrot peeler to make the noodles0
