Introducing myself

I've been away from myfitness pal for quite awhile...I just came back a few weeks ago...I am very motivated this time around....I'm 54 and could really use some advice on exercise for me...I have a bad back and knee but, and willing to try something,,, I have been walking every day when permitted...rain has been keeping me away from walking for almost a week...i will take any segestions,,, I also could use some friends with Ideas and motivation.... thanks Lori
