Usually 3 - 4 litres not including tea, etc.0

The UK Department of Health guidelines are to drink 1.2 litres of water a day, including milk and fruit juice

About 10-12 12 oz glasses per day. Depending on how thirsty I get. That's about 3.5 liters.0

I think about 3 liter, i don't really measure. I have ~2 cups of coffee and I drink about 1 liter at the gym in the AM, then about 1.5-2 at work (i have a 1.5 liter bottle on my desk), then when I get home probably another 0.5 liter..0
