I am 35 and was diagnosed with Skin Lymphoma last July. Been in remission for almost 6 months. I do really well eating healthier and then I slack for a while and feel miserable. I need a realistic regimen so any help is greatly appreciated. (I should add I am a mother of 6 and work full time) (less complicated diets are preferred : )

Hey,
I hope you don't find this offensive, as given your medical history I would be unsure what foods are good for you and what aren't etc. and how often you should be eating
I always say this, the best thing to do is see your doctor, so that you can either arrange a regime for you or they may refer you to a dietician who can take into account your needs.
I'm sorry I can't be of much more help, but I hope that gives you a starting point0 -
no offense taken, thanks. I have see a doctor and do regularly. The diet regimens that are presented to me just appear to be very unrealistic0
