Has anyone shrunk out of their SHOES?

I had been having some ankle pain over a few months. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, and then I realized that all or most of my shoes were 1/2-1 size too big. I seem to have lost weight in my feet, which is one area you don't think about as much. Has anyone else had this experience?

Yes. I dropped between 1/2-1 shoe size. Haven't lost much elsewhere, but my feet are smaller.0

Since I've gotten big my shoe size has gotten bigger. when I was smaller I was in a 9 and now that im big I can barely fit in a womens size 11. I can't wait to lose weight on my feet lol I'll be able to go shoe shopping again. Just think that's a great reason to go shoe shopping :happy:0

Yes! Several pair of my shoes are too big or almost too big. And on the bright side, several pair that were just a bit too tight now fit very well.0

Yes, I lost almost a full shoe size!
Luckily most of my shoes I bought as a poor university student so I didn't feel too bad having to go on a shoe shopping spree!0 -

Now Im a size 10.5, in some shoes 11.
Its not the size that bothers me, but that its harder to find shoes in my size.

It was the first place I noticed weight loss. I was walking along and left my shoe behind me.
I've also had to punch extra holes in the straps of some shoes.0 -

Yes, I've lost about 0.5-1 size. I was surprised, although it makes sense really! I've also shrunk out of my glasses, which is a lot more annoying.0

I heard this could happen but I thought it was a myth. My feet keep getting bigger, and wider the heavier I get. I would be SOOO happy if they get smaller as I do.0

I hated that mens tennis shoes fit me better than the cute ladies ones...
now im in a medium 9.5 to 10...and I have a ton of cute women's workout shoes!!!!!0
