How much water do you drink a day?

I thought I was a good water drinker till I started carrying around a gallon jug with me to make sure I was drinking a whole gallon.. Hot damn this is a little more difficult than I thought... I named my gallon jug Igor because he's a big Russian monster (no offense to the Igors out there) and I wish he was full of vodka (lol just a little humor!)
Good news is I'm so full from Igor that I'm not even a little hungry between meals. Bad news is the receptionist probably thinks I have a newly developed bathroom issue...
But seriously I'm interested in how much others are drinking?

I know!!! Drinking enough water is definitely difficult! One thing I do in the morning to make sure I am getting my water drinking off to a good start is to drink three 8 oz glasses first thing. Literally wake up, chug, then you have a few more to do but it isn't as menacing.0

Good idea!0 -
I got a 16 ounce cup (actually now I have about 6 or 7 of them) and I drink one in the morning at home, 2 while at work for the day and 1-2 in the evenings. I don't drink as many as some people, but to me that's plenty and that's my goal0

For some strange reason, I can only get 6 glasses of water down per day.0

I'm pretty good about drinking about 120 oz per day. I do better during the week (at work) than on the weekends at home.0

Even though I'm a water hog (I LOVE water), it's sometimes hard to get it all in.
When I'm at work, I try to get up and refill my cup at least once an hour. At home I just drink as much water as possible.
I usually do okay, but I often forget to log it.0 -
Lots....1-2 gallons. A lot depends on my noon workout and how hot it is outside. Last week I couldn't get enough water with temps above 100*....this week is rather pleasant though so I'm probably more in the gallon range this week.0

I drink anywhere from 130-140 ounces a day. Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss Edition says to drink 1/2 your body weight in water a day.0

I have a 32 oz water bottle that goes EVERYWHERE with me. I always keep it full and generally drink about 4-6 a day. Other than 2 cups of black coffee in the morning and an occasional green tea, water is the only thing I drink. * every now and then I have a diet soda-but very rarely0

I have a 32oz water bottle and I normally drink 3-4 (it has gotten up to 8 though).... But I love water. I think you should just do your best because the more you drink it the easier it becomes.0
