    Let myself go since high school (5 years ago) and friends challenged me to Tough Mudder (I see your headband) in 3 months time, have to get fit, and bulk up a bit.

    45 (46 in two weeks) male here brother. I spent 6 years in the Marine Corps so I know all about being in shape. I'm still in shape, but unfortunately its a pear now....lol
