    I used to! Mixed netball especially is a killer, especially when you're playing with people that were just a little too short to make the men's basketball team :(

    If you want activity always go for centre!

    Yeah i'm only 4ft 11 so i always play Wing Attack or Centre. Complete killer on agility!

    I play netball as my main form of exercise. Can't get enough. My club has recently started putting on strength and conditioning classes for us and I love it! Has really helped my fitness. Do you play?

    I do and it's amazing for my fitness - not to mention it's fun so I don't feel like i'm 'exercising' as such :happy:

    I would love to get back to it but no time to fit it in any more - in our county we have a 'back to netball' scheme which was great.

    I do I do I do! I just joined a couple of weeks ago after not playing since school. They asked me to play for the team after my second time and I loved it :) x
