Hey all! I just did Billy Blanks Bootcamp Cardio Inferno. Is that considered Tae Bo? If so it says on MFP that I burned 649 calories! I am just not sure how to log it! Thanks!

    phew! Billy's cardio workouts burn between 10 and 12 calories a minute for me. So if it is a 60 minute workout I'd end up with 600 to 720 burn. That is just my experience! Perhaps the 649 is a good number for you! I don't know how long this workout was.

    The tae bo result sounds like a very believable calorie burn. Great job =D I'm a huge fan of Billy Blanks, great stuff!

    Fantastic that you made it through that! It's a lot of fun (Billy is really funny!). List it as Tae Bo, although when you get the chance, get an HRM so you can get a more accurate cal burn.

    As I've got more fit & lost more fat/built more muscle I've discovered that it takes a LOT more work for me to get those high burns. I got an HRM & discovered on my Billy Blanks Tao Bo I've recently only been burning around 250 cals in 45 mins: I'm sure it was higher when I first started, but it's now my "easy" workout :wink: Congrats again on the killer workout :flowerforyou:

    found billy blanks on fitness tv this morning .so recorded it and just done it .I love it .worked really hard n dripping in sweat their are more billy blanks all week starts at 6 am if anyone else is interested its on sky tv
