It's been about 3 months. A bit more. I feel discouraged because I see other people losing it much faster. :( what do you guys honestly think?

Wow thanks so much everyone! I feel better now. This road is seriously long! But so worth it. I can't wait to reach my goal.

Are you serious? This is awesome progress.

Yeah, I'm totally serious! I see the difference you know but the scale has not moved! Only like.. 2 lbs. I do weight lifting though, nothing super heavy but it's consistent. People always say, don't mind the scale but it's so hard looking at that stupid thing not budge! But yeah I guess looking at these pictures blown up so big I can see the difference better. I'm glad that others notice it too, it helps give me that little motivation boost I need at the moment. Thanks again everyone.

Your tummy area has flattened out considerably!!! The hardest part people usually find too, great going. Looks like your thighs have slimmed down a good bit too.

Yep, you're doing great--you've made really obvious progress with losing body fat. I hope you're taking measurements as well as your photos! Congratulations! :drinker:

Wow, cool thanks everyone. And yeah, any progress is better than no progress! Touche. I actually weigh 145lbs now. Since I started, I've lost 3 lbs total. Just another FYI, I'm 5'1.

It's so hard when the scale doesn't move or moves incredibly slowly. I'm going through this right now, too. It's frustrating, but there's definitely a difference in your pictures. Keep up the good fight. And know that there are MANY of us on here who don't lose crazy amounts of weight ridiculously quickly. I've been on six months and have lost about 20 pounds. I figured I would have lost at least 30 by now. In the end, it will all be worth it.

You look amazing! I'm a bit the same, after years of being focused on the scale it is very hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that lighter isn't always leaner. But you are really doing very well!

that is awesome progress for three months time!!

Just remember you didn't gain the weight in 3 months so be easy on yourself and let it come off slowly. It don't matter how fast you lose it just so you work to keep it off once you reach your goal.
