which 30 day shred ?? is best ??

help i want to see some results and willing to pu the effort in as well as th gym and eating at a reduce calorie.. can people help me decide is the best.. my areas are tummmy and legsx

    I dont really know about 30day shreds, but Sara Solomon has some butt kickin work outs which she couples with intermediate fasting. I am going to start it up again. you can find out more by goggling it and she has workouts on utube, let me know what you think. Sara Solomon intermediate fasting... dont forget to check out her work outs.

    30 Day Shred is from Jillian Michaels (unless there's some other 30 Day Shred I haven't heard of). I'd recommend starting with that, then when that 30 days is up, check out Ripped in 30, again by Jillian Michaels. And take measurements over the scale, personally. Day 1, weigh yourself and measure, and in 2 weeks, weigh again and measure. As a heads up, do not be discouraged if the scale is the same or slightly up - you may have some initial beginner gains.

    The most important thing out of these two though is your diet - it's healthy to lose 1lb a week at max. 2lbs is fairly aggressive and may work more against you than with you unless you've got 100lbs+ to lose, so keep a goal of .5 - 1lbs a week, but more importantly, measurements is a more positive route to go.
