    I'm in for 120 miles in July.

    Monday -- 15.54 miles -- 12.0 on the recumbent and 3.54 for the day. Much too hot to walk outside. It's over 100 degrees today!
    Tuesday - 16.94 miles -- 12.0 -n the recumbent and 4.94 for the day. Too hot outside.

    In June, I beat my 75-mile goal and did 76.9. June was also maddeningly rainy, preventing lots of walks. So, I'm hoping the weather is more co-operative and I'm aiming for 90 this month.

    NEW TO THE CHALLENGE - and I want to know how you measure your distance when your walk is broken up throughout the day.

    Today - I recorded 35 min of walking (out and about at work / at appt after work / then met friends later for a movie) - I did not have my GPS watch on for tracking; I wasn't on the treadmill.... How do you capture that distance.... or do you?

    I rode my bike 10.75 miles today. It was HOT. and HUMID. but I figured out a way to beat the heat - soak a shirt to wear while riding to keep cool (until it dries!).
