Day 1. 233 lbs 38% body fat. Started with Atkins for about 4-5 weeks but that got old. Switched over to full on MFP.
Day 60. 215 lbs 32 % body fat. About 2 weeks in here doing MFP, not really eating sugary anything and staying away from white flour products. Also, 2 days prior to this photo, started running 3x/wk and weight training 3x/wk
90 days. 207 lbs 23 % body fat. Been watching what I eat for 90 days, just over 4 weeks of working out good with strength training. Going to post a 90 day result for my work out starting point as well.
