I've been on MFP for a year this month. I've had a lot of NSVs in that time and am down from a size 20 to a 12. I definitely have more to lose (about 20 more pounds), but am eating at TDEE this summer while working on my fitness with the plan of going back to a calorie cut in the fall. I don't think I realized how much my body changed until I looked at then and now photos side by side.

Okay, apparently photobucket hates me and all of my uploaded pictures are 'null'. I will attempt to fix it and be back later.

    Thanks! The one with the circles is from Crocs and the purple one is from Five and Below and is also a small wallet with slots for 3 cards and folded bills.

    Holy Crap...how awesome! You can tell in your face, yes, but everywhere else too! You stomach is much flatter and you have a defined waist, and your arms are thinner! WTG!!! You are doing awesome. CONGRATS!!!
