Hi! I used fitness pal a while back and lost about 25 pounds. Left for a while, gained weight back, and realized I need the help and support to do this. I returned last week and have lost 6 lbs ot date. I have a base calorie of 1200 plus whatever exercise I can get in for the day. I work out with a fitness trainer 2x a week and try to get to the gym at least 2 more times during the week. My favorite exercise though is to go bike riding in the evenings with my husband, who by the way I have hooked up to Fitness Pal also
. I am hoping to find some good support and make some friends her

feel free to add me. I lost 50 pounds on here.. kinda fell off the wagon, gained back 20, now I'm committed to losing it again. already lost 5 !0
