Didn't get to go back out for exercise yesterday because of the holiday and holiday plans- but I did go to a huge fair and walk around- just couldn't track it. Ended up being a pretty good day anyways- sorry a little off topic. Hope everyone had a good Independence Day (for those of you in the US).
Now back on topic- Adding 4 miles today: C25K- 1.15 miles, walking- 2.85 miles. Gonna walk more either tonight or play catch up tomorrow. Hoping for the first because it will make it a little easier!
