How we hold our weight.

So I'm 5"4 and I weigh 175 lbs. Now hold on there I know that might sound like a lot for my height but let me discuss it, this I why I called this how we hold our weight. Honestly everyone is different. My boss is the same height and weighs 185 lbs but she looks like she weighs about 30 lbs more than me. Last summer I weighed 155 lbs and that was he perfect weight for me because I still maintained all my curves but had a nice flat toned stomach, his was when I was a professional performer then when I quit performing I gained the 20 lbs just from not dancing everyday. Now I'm trying to lose weight but I'm not trying to go below 155 lbs. I know for my height I just be 145 and lower but I just don't want to be that thin I mean I couldn't imagine losing that much. In conclusion I just want o say that when you are losing weight we should take into account at which weight does our individual bodies look best. Every person is different and sometime he clinical number is not the ideal for you. Also muscle weighs more than fat. P.s if I knew how to post pictures I would.

Sound to me you're a persone who has no problem getting things done. I guess your problem is not so much loosing the weight as keeping it as you want. I am not an expert but here are some useful tips.
    1. Get clear to which foods are you adicted to. Do whatever is nesesery to change that association in your brain.
Here is an example: I useed to be adicted to a to a specific flavor of ice-cream. One day I had enough and ate more then 6kg (13 pounds) of it until I thru up. Sence that day I never ever ate more then one.
    2. Try to find things that calm you down when you're stressed that doesn't involve food ( I'm wild guessing here)
    3. If you feel hungry and you've just ate try changing your breathing. Breath the way you breath when you are full. Keep it for 2 min and the hunger will slowly go away.
    4. Get yourself into the habit of drinking enough water. It also help when you're hungry.
    5. Try to enjoy yourself when there's food around you without eating. It's not easy but it pays in the long run.

    Good Luck
