Hello people

Thought I'd share my progress pics thus far.. too long was I fat, decided enough was enough. Started training like a beast and eating as healthily as possible, logging all my foods as well as enjoying a few naughty treats now and again. So here's me to date.

My starting weight was 14 Stone ( 196lbs )

My Current weight is 10 St 7 lbs (147 lbs )

I started huge!!

Bit of exercise later...not much of a difference I'd say.. Just before my son was born..

Still got a long way to go, that's about a year of hard work and now I'm stepping things up, both diet and exercise.

the problem with insanity is its 90% cardio which means, if you are in a deficit there is a good chance you will lose muscle along with the fat. If you want to add muscle, reduce cardio, eat at a surplus and lift heavy *kitten*.

ETA: Good job on the weight loss, my comment above is based on what you said your current goal is

Thanks brother that's good advice. Think for my goals that is what I'm going to have to do.
Started lifting heavy also this week.

    Need to bulk up now.

    It's HOT in London today!!

Working out was especially tough, even with a fan and doors wide open :-(
