    Nuts - Almonds (ONCE A WEEK MAYBE)
    Eggs - Hard-boiled (whole egg) (RARELY)
    Original - Kimchi (PROBABLY RIGHT)
    Rice - White, short-grain, cooked (PROBABLY RIGHT)
    Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat (ONLY RECENTLY DRANK MILK IN MONTHS)
    Oranges - Raw, navels (NOT FOR A MONTH OR SO)
    Nuts - Macadamia nuts, dry roasted, with salt added (HAVEN'T EATEN THIS IN ABOUT A YEAR)
    Denmark Milk - Plain Yogurt (PROBABLY RIGHT)
