They're all healthy foods with vitamins, minerals and healthy fats but claiming they "torch fat" is BS IMO.0

Foods don't burn fat................calorie deficit does. Guaranteed if one overate the foods on the list, fat would stay.

If there were a magic food, we'd all be talking about it. I have found saffron (in concentrated capsule form) cuts down on my appetite, but the only thing that truly works is a portion controlled healthy diet. If wishes were horsed, we'd all ride!0
