I found that in the am I crave FAT & carbs. I have no appetite for meat or eggs in the am.
fresh Buffalo mozzarella + fresh tomatos and basil.
sometimes I add olive oil, sometimes I get fancy and add pesto. I always add one.
I eat it with a whole grain organic pita and 33oz of water
keeps me full for hours0 -

Why am I not surprised to see coffee on here twice? Regular coffee at work, organic at home. The two diff coffee creamers and sugar is to go in my morning coffee at work - rest of day is usually black coffee. Now I want a coffee.
