Need support/motivation

Hi! I'm Bri.
I put on a lot of weight due to birth control & now am working towards losing that weight. I've had this app for some time but will use it for a week then stop for months, haha. I'm hoping that adding friends on here will help to keep me motivated.
Also, any tips that help y'all stay motivated/committed?

    I like to write down goals and cross them off as I meet them. There's such a sense of accomplishment in being able to visualize all the hard work. Just make sure that your goals are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.) I also make playlists with really good music for my workouts. I try not to listen to the songs in the car or any other time so that I look forward to listening to them when I'm exercising.
