This is by no means a success story yet, but I just wanted to share my progress from the 30 Day Shred. I am currently on Day 12 and already see a major improvement in my body. I started out at 344lbs. So far I have lost 10lbs by eating low-carb, calorie counting, and working out. And I have blasted away several inches!
I have such a long way to go, but only being 12 days in, I hope this can motivate someone. I just got remarried 2 weeks ago. My wedding dress was one breath short of bursting at the seams. I tried it back on 2 days ago and it is almost TOO BIG!!!
Don't ever give up on yourself, you are worth it!!! I will share more progress pictures when I complete the 30 Day Shred program.

Amazing!!! Keep it up, it's working!!! I just finished the 30DS and have results that made the butt kicking worth it! I just started her Killer Buns and Thighs dvd and I'm sweating a TON and burned nearly 500 calories! Going to stick with Jillian for several dvds and see what happens. Great work, you're doing awesome!0

Thank you so much for the awesome encouragement! If my 334lb butt can stick with this, I know all you who are wanting to try it, CAN!!! What are you waiting for?? Push yourself, no one else is going to! The only way to get results is to get up and MOVE!! And you will feel so great afterwards! You only have one life, take charge of your health, and get to LIVING!!!0

Hi everyone! I am new to MFP. I have just finished entering in all the nutritional facts for the food I will be eating this week. Today was Day # 1 of the 30 Day Shred for me. I love that it is only 25 minutes long, it is alot easier to fit into my busy day than alot of other work outs and I also love that I can do it in the comfort of my own home. I have 2 children ages 4 1/2 and 3 and I work Mon-Fri 7:30-5:00. So right now my routine is I get up at 5:00 A.M. and squeeze it in before I have to get ready for work. So far so good. Day # 1 wasn't too bad although I am sure I will feel the full effects when I go to get out of the bed in the morning! I don't find Jillian annoying at all like other posts I have read on the internet have , but I also was enlisted in the Navy for 5 1/2 years and went through boot camp so pretty much anything that doesn't sound like a drill instructor yelling at you makes me content! Anyway, I thought I would post on here to share my experience and to enjoy reading about everyone else's. Also I would like for this to be a way to keep accountable for my daily workouts. Please share all your info, experiences, tips, tricks, etc.0
