Well done everyone
Wow lots of people around the 11 to 15 mark that's great hope your all aiming for the 60 miles keep it up
So we expect you all to do a bit more next week.
Come on the rest, do something today doesn't matter how much.
Right then for next week all those who are slightly behind lets set some goals
1.5 miles a day every day next week plus maybe a little more here and there, that will help you on your way.
We can increase again the week after that 50 miles will be achieved

I am up for the challenge........if you allow me to count the Walk Away the Pounds Exercise DVD's. I usually walk the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile walk but sometimes the 1 mile and other times the 3 mile.0
