Hi! Looking for a body twin to help with motivation and support. I am 40 years old, 5'3 and currently weigh 154. My goal is 130-135.

    same goal, im 5'4 last time i weighed in was 152, tomorrow is my my new weigh in hoping for a loss!!!

    That's about where I was when I started: 5'3" 152 lbs. I worked out 2-3x/day, cardio and strength training, a lot of JM dvd workouts (30 DS and RI 30.) I set my calorie goal around 1350. I'm now trying to maintain.

    Hi! I'm 26, 5'3.5" and 151 pounds! My goal is only 145-148 though (I'm mostly muscle), so I'm almost at maintenance.

    I'm 5'6 and 154lbs! I'd like to be about 145. I'm 35 and I started losing weight 2 years ago now at 220lbs after my 2nd baby.

    I am just about where you re at! height, age, weight and goal all similar. I try to workout by doing 3 miles of the Leslie Sansone walk-at-home videos about 5 times a week. (I have 4 kiddos so it is hard to get to a gym) My calorie goal is 1200 before workouts, but I honestly fluctuate that quite a bit. some days I am at about 1150 and other days I am at 1500. I don't sweat it too much though as I am still losing.
    When I started I was over 170, and that was 95 days ago!

    26, 5'3" and 140 looking to get to 125 by next year. I was 156 this time last year!

    NET--eat back the exercise calories! I was burning 700 calories a day working out. That would have been way to low for gross calories!

    I'm getting in 1 hr of cardio 6x and every other day i add some strength
    1200-1300 calories

    I am 5'3, just turned 41, last weigh in was 151. I have been here over six months and have lost 36 lbs so far. I would like to achieve 125 lbs. I log my food every day, the good, the bad and the ugly.

    I started in March this year. I just turned 43 in May. 5'3" was 168. My goal was 25lbs .
    I reached that in about 3 months. My biggest cut was the sugar. I worked out a minimum of 30 minutes every day. Some times more than that. I did set a new goal of 10 more pounds. But I am at a stand still as I am not trying as hard. I am starting to get into weight lifting to tome up now more than lose. It is possible to reach your goal..     my gw is 130 and then i'll re evaluate...
    between 1400-1800 depending on what i have going on and my hungry level

    I am trying to stay with the eating clean way of eating, and making a life long change at doing it. I also work out with DVD videos at home 3 - 4 days a week, and I work in a fast paced job (grocery business) so I get plenty of activity in my everyday life as well.     Hello everyone! I'm 5'2", 153 now. Goal is about 125, but I'll be ecstatic to get to 130 again. Yes, I've gone on that coaster ride! I'm a SAHM, been on and off MFP, but this is a first for me with the message boards and friend connections. I'm finding it helps a lot with the motivation!
