I am 5"5 and aiming for 135lbs but this might be too low, I will reassess as I go along and am happy with my shape and size. I have lost just on 39lbs since January 2013, on track to lose the rest by Christmas 2013.

I am 5"3 and I would like to lose 70 lbs, I am in no rush to do so. I am mainly doing it to change my life style and also for health reasons. I lost weight 3yrs ago and got down to a good size but i did not lose the weight in a healthy way, so I gained most of it back in a year and a half. I am hoping that I can hang in there and get this done the right way and continue to maintain my goal weight. :-)

    SW 191
    CW 174

    UGW is 135

I've been 135 before and I'm not sure I'd want to be any smaller than that.]When I get there I will reevaluate and decide what I wanna do :)

I'm 5ft 3.75inches. Ideally, I'd love to weigh in around 105lbs; I do think I would be satisfied weighing around 110-115lbs though. Aside from wanting to hit my goal weight, I'd also love to tone up and drop a great deal of body fat. Weighing in at 115lbs with 10-13% body fat is significantly healthier and asthetically more pleasing to me then weighing in at 105lbs with 25% body fat.

    I'm 5'5".
    SW: 215
    CW: about 202
    Goal weight: 150

For me, that's on the higher end of 'normal' for my height. I have a large frame and muscular body, though, so I doubt I'll want to lose more than that.

I'm about 5"4ish and weigh 140lbs atm. I would love to be 115-120lbs, as I have a lot and I mean A LOT of belly fat, (34inch waist here!)

Apparently a little weight loss looks like a huge difference with us small peeps so yay! Think positive :)

I'm 5'2" and I don't have a real, solid goal in mind, honestly. Not as far as numbers go. Which probably sounds cheesy, but it's true. I think I probably set my goal at 117 because 17 is my favorite number - ha. But I'm in the 122 range right now and still have a belly and my thighs aren't as toned as I'd like. I think ultimately, my goal is toned instead of a number. Whatever that exchange between fat and muscle puts me at is fine. In my head, I'd think around 117 would probably put me where I want.

I'm 5'4" and my current goal is 160lb - and then I'll go from there. I'm losing weight so I'll be elgible for a kidney transplant and no longer have to do dialysis.

My goal is 145 because I think it's maintainable. In a perfect world, 135 would be great too :)
