i have tried many diets and weight loss programs including weight watchers. A friend of mine who has loss and still has a lot of weight to lose suggested this site Im going to give it a shot . I have 20 years or more of experience losing and gaining weight. So hopefully i can help myself and maybe share with others

Hey there! I'm fairly new myself to this, but my observation is that this is a great tool to keep an eye on what you eat.
I have found that im actually eating what I want to, but being more aware of portion sizes and the value of exercise.
You should have a real good look around the tools available as they can be fantastic, I have an auntie who has lost an awful lot of weight with the usage of this site and my mother has begun by losing 6lb in 1 week!
I have a theory that this tool can help prevent that period (6 weeks in or so) where you begin to stop losing weight and often can become phased with the diet. The best tip I can give regarding that is to make sure you update your 'goals' as you lose weight, this way you can steadily achieve your target, without feeling like you're on a diet, which is the worst part of any diet, right?
