Metabolic Reset after reaching Goal Weight

Hi to all !
I have been at my goal weight for maybe 4 or 5 months now. Im still consuming about 1430 calories per day. Exercising 3 to 4 times a week. Recently, I've read a few articles on Metabolic Reset once you hit your goal weight. I really just want to hear what others think about this based on personal experiences or your personal opinion.
