Albany NY New to MFP

Hello: I'm into week two on MFP, and so far so good. I'm a 55 year old male with Type 2 Diabetes, and I'm determined to keep it under control. I'm at 200 lbs. and shooting for a goal of 185. Unfortunately, I don't have a bathroom scale to weigh myself, so I'm not sure how I'm doing so far... got to go buy one!

Just walked 3.5 miles in an hour and 5 min, so I bought myself some extra calories for today... now what can I eat???
