      The one advantage to the newsfeed being down is that it's pushed more people into the forums. It's made me send out a few new FR's that I probably wouldn't have otherwise. Give that a try!

      burned 358 doing 75 minutes of weight lifting and warmup on the elliptical. But no one saw it =(

      If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
      If I do a workout and it doesn't post to my newsfeed, did I burn those calories?

      I.MISS MFP friends!! Ugh,.well i burned.327 calories, 39 minutes doing week 2 day 8 of insanity. Had frozen yogurt from peach tree after my work out!!
