Anyway I've been on here 20 days... This is my 2nd post! Been on the weight loss trail for about a year now. Have lost 60 pounds but still have 40 more to go. Just wanted to say hello to all the people on here and just familiarize myself with MFP a bit more. I'm more than willing to help others and would appreciate the same support (Lord knows you can't have enough). Much love from VA!

    congrats on the weight loss!! I too have lost about 88 pounds and I am in need of losing about 45 more pounds, would love some encouragement :) I'm here if you need to talk :)
