    Non scale victory...like if you finish a 5K run, fit into the next size smaller pants, anything that is not weight/scale related

    Non scale victory such as today I can see the shape of my knee caps! Or the shorts that didn't fit last fall fit this morning :) Or even something like I can run up the stairs without getting winded.

    You'll find they're a lot more rewarding and a lot more numerous than seeing numbers drop off the scale.
