I'm a 5 ft girl and weigh 137. My dream weight would be around 115. I'm in desperate need of inspiration! Anyone wants to share her before and after pictures?

When I started on here I was 172. I am 148 now so I have lost about 24 pounds. I am 5'6.5" though so my goal weight is 135. 13 more pounds to go! Good luck to you. You can look at my pics if you want. My profile pic is of me now (148) and the pic of me in the black sweater holding my baby is me at about 184 (before I started MFP right after I had my daughter).0

i am 5'6" and have lost 22 pounds in the past year on MFP. No pictures, but I went from 154 down to 132, found my waist again, and feel terrific. I am working on losing 2 more pounds since I am aiming for 130.0

When I started here 8 months ago, I was 165lbs but I was not disciplined or dedicated and went up to 178lbs. I became serious 6 weeks ago with my eating and exercise and as of yesterday I am down 13 lbs. My GW is 140lbs and I am 5'4".0

hi, I am 5ft 1 and have lost 21 to 22 lbs depending on the days, I would love to be 119, I started out at 143 and am between 121lbs -122lbs now, just keep up with what you are doing and don't give up.0

I went from 154 in January 2012 to 131 by November 2012 and now maintaining somewhere between 132 and 134 for most of this year. I have a few before and afters on my profile page. My goal is still 130 but I am not too concerned about losing as much as maintaining now.0

I lost 22 lbs in 10 weeks and have kept it off for 3 yrs..
I wrote down everything I ate, Did tons of cardio, spin running stairs, walking..
I still do the same things but added push ups and body pump. I now am stronger and happier and eat
almost 3000 calories a day.
I never get tired of people telling me how fit I am.0 -
Yes, I lost 27 lbs when I turned 40. I'm 5 feet, three and a half inches tall. It took me 6 months.0

Yup, I'm there now and have another 50lbs to go.
I'm 5'2'', 44yrs and pretty fit. I lost the weight in the last 2.5 months following 5:2 and increasing my cardio workouts by taking up running. It's working well and I want to continue, until I am of normal weight - for the first time of my life.0
