70 lbs ideally, one pound at a time

I've done this many times before. This will be the last. I have are the tools and skills I need. I love the food tracker, it is keeping me honest through out the day, instead of the scale having to shed light on the truth. One day and week at a time. If anyone wants to start a group for those trying to loose 50lbs or more I'd be in.

Wow it's really great knowing other people are fighting the same fight., uplifting for my spirit. Went for a 1hr walk with the baby despite the 93 heat. Found a great recipe site, Skinnytaste.com. I did our whole meal plan for next week with it . Good luck everyone!!!0

I'm trying to lose 60 lbs since having my baby (who is now 5 months old) - 30 lbs of it is baby weight, the other 30 lbs is weight I was trying to lose before getting pregnant. I would love to join a group with other people needing to lose 50 + lbs, great idea.
Nice meeting everyone.0 -
