So I have a confession! Yesterday I found a peice of red velvet cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory in the fridge! My DH must have not eaten it with his lunch the day before so he brought it home. Anyway, I started eating some & made it through half of it, then something told me to look it up on here & it's 1250 calories per slice! That's more calories than I eat in a whole day! I felt so guilty & put it away immediately! But, my God it was yummy!

yummm.... at least you put it back. This will probably help you to remember to check before eating!

Also, have to ask... what does DH stand for? I know SO is significant other but can't figure out what that's an acronym for

It's usually Dear Husband, but in the this case, it might very well be Damn Husband. Similarly, DW would be Dear Wife and DF would be Dear Fiance.

In this case "Damn Husband" is right. I told him never bring that devil cake home again lol!

The amount of fat, carbs & sugar is obscene! I think it had 69 grams of sugar alone!

Yesterday after my workout my running partner and I had a TON of calories left and were thinking about splurging on some Dairy Queen Blizzards... That plan ended when I looked up the calories in my favorite one, the Georgia Mud Fudge. Coincidentally it has the most calories of any Blizzard on the menu and a large (which I confess I have eaten before) has 1,420 calories in it. A mini (it's TINY) has 420 calories. We decided not to go after that and made instant pudding instead.
