Dadeo's... help!

hey all! I'm going to a restaurant with my friends tomorrow called Dadeo's, their site is here: http://www.dadeo.ca/dadeo-menu.html
I need to pick something relatively healthy but not feel ripped off! I was thinking of asking for the spinach salad with blackened chicken (I don't eat shrimp)? does that sound ok?

    Yeah I think that looks like a good choice. :smile: Maybe you could get dressing on the side too and if it looks big you could eat half and take the rest home. The blackened catfish salad looks really good too! It's all pretty expensive though... :grumble: Anyway, I hope have fun tomorrow! Oh and happy 4th :flowerforyou:
