ZZZzzzz Energy

I have sleep apnea (probably bc of my weight). This makes me very drowsy and sluggish during the day. I eat small meals to avoid making it worse and I drink coffee and monster drinks. Is there anything better I can do to get some energy so I can start a workout plan!
I do not want to stop with my caffeine fix bc it generally puts me in a better mood, but it is very short lived.

I find that "Super B Complex" Vitamins are very helpful in giving me energy, the only catch is that you have to have it with a meal because what it does is help your body create energy from food. Monster energy drinks aren't very good for you either, and they can make you have a sugar crash - but i have a sensitive stomach so the very idea of drinking anything carbonated makes me feel queasy!

if you have too much sugar/caffeine throughout the day then this might be another reason why you arent sleeping well at night.

If you have sleep apnea you should go have a sleep evaluation done and get a CPAP machine. My husband has one and he is less tired on less sleep now than he used to be when he'd go to bed earlier. Because he's actually getting productive sleep now.

Personally, I haven't consumed caffeine regularly in over five years. in that five years, I've averaged maybe a half a dozen sodas a year (I'm not a coffee drinker). I just make sure that I get to bed at a decent hour, try to keep it a regular sleep schedule, work out on a regular basis, and eat right. Sure, I have tired days every now and again, but it's usually due to staying up too late multiple nights in a row. On those days I just push through it and find that I always find a second wind eventually and then make sure I get back to my normal schedule as soon as possible.
