RUN, SMILE, FEEL GOOD!!

Now repeat it.

Nothing like finishing a run and having those endorphins kick in and the sense of accomplishment flood you!! It's a great way to start the day. Run, smile, feel good!
Who is running?

My dog and I run. He is so happy and excited I can't help but enjoy myself. He even brings me my shoes and his leash when he is ready for his run... Which is always.

Just don't run on Sundays - that's when the haughty people are in the trail

Ha! I thought I was the only one that grins while I run. I know I probably look nutty, but I just can't help it. Running feels great when you're having a good day! :)

It's ok if I smile after I've run, showered, napped and eaten, right? I do this grimmacy thing when I run and my eyes roll up in the back of my head but not in that happy spanky sort of way. Running is hard. Smiles come later for me.
