In need of flippant motivation

I saw another thread that said "In need of serious motivation". It made me realize that I do not benefit from external serious motivation. It crushes my soul and leaches the joy from my world.

I would appreciate some motivation though. It has been a slow year with regard to reaching my fitness goals.

Any and all flippant motivation is welcome. GIFs, knock-knock jokes, sarcasm (though this seems over-used on the forums), anecdotes, whatever ya got as long as it's motivating.

Bring it. Unless it's already been broughten of course.

    Perhaps you should attend some group fitness classes. Hip thrusts occasionally take place.
