You are on your ideal weight!! I'm also 5'4" and I weight 119 at the moment... I love the way I look now, along with running on the treadmill everyday and eat healthy. I am 31 year old, MFP said that my calories intake should no more an 1200 calories a day... I assume you are in the same boat. If you just want to lose fat, I encourage you to do some core strengthening workout or run. Along with adequate amount of healthy food within calories intake limit, you should see result very soon.0

thankyou yes I know I am at my ideal weight that is why I only want to lose a few kgs of "fat" and hopefully gain a few kgs of muscle. I eat around 1400-1500 cals a day and exercise 4-5 days a week 30min cardio and about 15-20 min weights 3 times a week.0

The NROL4W group has a lot of great information. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/102-new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-nrol4w
Also, the spreadsheet on this website is super helpful in terms of calculating how much you should eat and what things to do and when. http://maggiewang.com/2008/05/20/new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-diet-calculator-and-workout-logs
Good luck!0 -
