Friday July 5th
-rest day
-rested in bed until almost noon in hopes of helping the abdominal pain I was having
-afternoon at doctor's office
-evening went to hang out with beach volleyball group at a restaurant as beach volleyball was rained out
-got home late and was still having some pain so decided not to force myself to walk
Saturday July 6th
-still having some pain and still humid in the evening but walked 1.32 miles around the neighbourhood with hubby sometime after 9pm
Sunday July 7th
-walked 2.83 miles with a friend
Monday July 8th
-didn't exercise as abdominal pain was bad today and we also had weather that was hot and humid during the day then we had major thunderstorms as well as flooding in areas nearby us
Tuesday July 9th
-walked 1.51 miles with my husband

Monday Run 3.5 miles
Wednesday Run 3.5 miles
Walked Monday night 3 miles as well
I'm only counting my run miles just thought I'd share the other bits
My wife does it all as well
