need some help lol

I don't understand whats going on.....i barely eat anything anymore, i eat basically one thing a day (usually, a salad or something similar) i go running every day and exercise for an hour. I drink water all day. and i have gained 5 pounds? wtf, how is that possible?? I AM SO FRUSTRATED!

    Eat more food so your body can function. Then eat more food to help fuel your running and work out. A salad over an entire day is very little.

    I don't think you are eating enough, your body thinks it is being starved.
